These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website and the purchase of products through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Little’Uns Retail Ltd may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Little’Uns Retail Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-

  • You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
  • The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
  • You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Liability

We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

Delivery will be deemed complete when one or more of the following occurs

  • The courier hands you the parcel or anyone in your property
  • The parcel is photographed left at your door
  • GPS tracking shows courier at your address
  • The parcel was left in your designated safe place
  • The parcel was left with a neighbour
  • The parcel has been collected from a ParcelShop

Severence

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions

Law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law to the exclusion of its conflict of law rules. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Please Note

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order. We take all reasonable steps to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of products and services are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system. If we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered), we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.

 

Cancellation prior to dispatch

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.

Order Tracking

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices. You can log in to your account for order updates or track your order at https://little-uns.co.uk/order-tracking/

 

 

Delivery options

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Little’Uns Retail Ltd assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:
– Pickup at store (Click & Collect)
– Local Delivery (At discretion of Little’Uns Retail Ltd)
– Home Delivery (By Courier)

  • If the item is shipping from store then we’ll send you a Tracking number and will use a courier partner such as Yodel or DPD
  • If you are local then we may deliver the item ourselves
  • Items coming from suppliers directly will be based on expected delivery timescales – for some items we may need to confirm delivery timescales and we’ll keep you updated through your Order

 

Ex-Brand Goods

Some of goods have come from other retailers as end of line or overstocked items. To comply with regulations, tags have been removed and brand name on inner label marked. It does mean you can get good quality items at great prices!

Returns

Returns Policy for Online Orders

Little’Uns Retail Ltd accepts returns within 14 days. No products may be returned to Little’Uns Retail Ltd without the prior written consent of Little’Uns Retail Ltd and are subject to a return charge (e.g return delivery fee). We recommend you ensure any return item sent back to us is appropriately covered & insured as we cannot be held liable if goods are not received back.

We operate in line with your statutory rights. If you change your mind about your purchase or need a different size please return within 14 days.

When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your store receipt or order confirmation.

 The item will also need to be:
• unused (with tags still attached)
• in original packaging
• in a resaleable condition

This is in line with your statutory rights and does not affect any right to claim refund, repair, replacement where goods are faulty or misdescribed. Items specifically ordered to your requirements may be non-returnable or subject to a administration fee.

Returns Policy for Shop Purchases can be found on your receipt at time of purchase

If you change your mind or need a different size please return within 14 days for an exchange or credit. Please ensure the item is unused in original condition along with proof of purchase. Items on special order (ordered to your requirement) or reduced are excluded from exchange or credit. Any gesture to accept a return for refund may be subject to administration fees and at our discretion.

This is in line with your statutory rights and does not affect your rights to a refund, repair or replacement where items are faulty.
